To contest a WHITE colored parking citation issued by the Beverly Parking Enforcement, please follow the directive below.
If you believe a citation was issued in error, please complete the form below and submit it to our parking enforcement team for review.
Contest a Violation forms must be completed and received by the parking clerk, no later than 21 days after the date of the violation.
Failure to submit the completed Contest a Violation form in the proper time will receive an automatic denial, you will waive your right to a review, and the citation will stand as is.
